We have expanded and improved many of our product and service offerings in recent times and are committed to carrying this forward.

With technological advancements come increased opportunities to improve productivity, reduce costs, provide a better service for customers and stay ahead of the competition. A big part of our transition is to embed a forward vision to relentlessly seek, and bring these opportunities to our clients.

Expanding Possibilities..

Many of our clients know us as their photocopier service provider, it has been our core service for over 30 years and is still the case however we are evolving this into the growing digital age with an increased focus on providing comprehensive document capture, and document workflow solutions to complement our existing print management service.

To an increasing number of our clients we are now proudly recognised as more than just a photocopier service provider, we are the one point of contact for inclusive workplace solutions. Our range of products and services have greatly increased, and continually improved over recent years with ambitious work going on behind the scenes to ensure we are always competitively priced and providing our clients with added value and convenience.

Improvements to our document management solutions, office consumable range, stationery supplies, office furniture range, and new confidential shredding service have meant we have already started on our mission to become a convenient one point of contact for many services.

Striving forward with some new initiatives..

Staying true to our values, you will start to see some new initiatives which will start to be phased in over time, some of them already in motion.

The following are those we are already promoting or proposing –

Buying local and supporting local business –

We have supported the ‘keep it local’ campaign for many years already. Recent events have meant a lot of smaller businesses need more support than ever and we feel it is important to carry on promoting a buy local campaign. As part of our business activity we regularly network, connect, promote, recommend and use local businesses wherever possible.  

Supporting local charities and the community –

We feel a sense of responsibility to support charities, especially those local to us, and the local community as a whole. A focus for us going forward is to promote and support local charities – you may have already spotted our ‘Charity Spotlight’ in recent newsletters.

In the past few month’s we have proudly raised over £1,000 for the Chaseley Trust in Eastbourne, have supported fundraising events for The Children with Cancer Fund in Willingdon, and our founder, Kevin, has signed up for a ‘Round Britain Reliability Run’ in his classic car which is raising funds for The Motor Neurone Disease Association.

Sustainability and increasing eco friendly offerings –

A topic many feel responsible to do their bit towards, we certainly do. It is an important focus for us going forward and we will be increasingly working on ways to assist our clients in becoming more ‘eco friendly’.

Referral programs for our greatly appreciated recommendations – 

We are lucky enough to have our clients, and IT companies regularly recommend us to other companies across Sussex for which we are always very thankful. To give back we will be implementing referral programs to further show our gratitude.

Our core service for over 30 years. We offer a comprehensive, well trusted and personable print management service for office MFD’s, printers and large format devices.

An MFD (multi functional device) can be the key component in efficiently managing your document printing and document capture processes. We take the time to audit your current equipment, processes and costs to seek opportunities to implement a more cost effective, efficient and convenient way to manage your print.

Desktop Printer Fleet Management

Take the hassle out of managing your fleet of desktop printers with our automated toner replacement and management service.

We can monitor toner levels, usage and the health status of your desktop fleet remotely supplying replacement toners automatically when they are required, and without any intervention needed from your staff. We can also include on site diagnosis of any issues ensuring your staff can concentrate on the important stuff.

Document Workflow Solutions

Bringing data into the digital age we are increasing our range of document capture and cloud storage solutions to ensure an efficient, convenient and user friendly way for our clients to transform their documents into digital form.

Our range of MFD’s are highly capable to assist with this and can integrate with OCR (Optical Character Recognition) software to help simplify and automate document capture, distribution and archiving. It enables direct connection to cloud storage for a quick and easy way to file your documents.  

Once the documents are filed digitally, there is user friendly software which we can offer with powerful search functions to quickly find these documents in the archive.

Say goodbye to boxes upon boxes of old files, just store them digitally instead!

Workplace Consumables

Our paper supplies, stationery, janitorial products and ink & toner are all offered at very competitive prices beating most online retailers and are delivered on a next day basis.

We have an ever expanding range of products and no matter how obscure the item is we are highly likely to be able to source something to fit your requirements – we have recently supplied everything from coat stands, secure safes, to even luggage labels for our local hotels.

Workplace Furniture

We have a great range of office furniture to suit any budget or requirement. A major overhaul on our range of quality products has taken place recently and we now have a comprehensive range of items from ergonomic chairs, desks and reception furniture, to quirky designer meeting booths and more to give your workspace some added character. 

Confidential Shredding

A relatively new addition to our range of services, we are now able to offer a convenient confidential shredding service on a regular 4 or 8 weekly collection, or even on an ‘ad-hoc’ basis.

Shredding consoles are available to place in your office for easy and secure management of your confidential waste.  

Rebrand Goes Live in 3.2.1..

You will start to notice the changes in our branding with immediate effect, although the forward thinking ethos which has driven this new look and direction has been in the works for some time and our passionate team is committed to Copylink’s vision of providing unrivalled service, convenience, value and opportunities for clients.
